What’s included (and what isn’t)
Included in a typical install:
- Removal of existing turf layer and loose debris.
- Light surface corrections using existing soil.
- Fresh sod installed in clean, straight rows.
- Edges trimmed along walks, driveways, patios, and beds.
- Starter watering + watering instructions.
Not included (by design):
- No full-yard grading or re-sloping.
- No machine excavation or dirt moving.
- No retaining walls, patios, or landscaping projects.
- No drainage engineering or foundation work.
If your yard needs major grading, it should be done before sod installation.
How the job actually runs
1. Photos + rough size
You send clear photos and a rough size estimate. We combine that with satellite view to determine whether it's suitable for sod-only.
2. Straightforward quote
You receive a written quote that outlines inclusions, exclusions, estimated sod quantity, and deposit requirements.
3. Reserve Spring 2026
Once approved and deposit paid, your spot is locked into the Spring 2026 install schedule.
4. Install day
We strip old turf, correct simple surface issues, install fresh sod, cut edges, and walk the job with you before leaving.
